Terms & booking conditions

AmazighSoul website terms and the conditions to check before confirming a Morocco tour, including quotes, service changes, responsibilities and complaints.

Updated 6 October 2026

These terms explain use of the AmazighSoul website and the framework for arranging a journey through our contact channels. Your accepted written quote and booking confirmation must set out the specific travel services and commercial conditions. If something is unclear or inconsistent, ask for a corrected agreement before paying.

Business identity and contact

The site uses the AmazighSoul trading name. The contracting legal business and any relevant registration details must be identified in your quote and confirmation.

Website information and permitted use

Use the website to research routes and contact us about genuine travel plans. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious content or impersonate another traveller. Respect the copyright of original text and the separate licences for photographs, fonts and icons; using the website does not give permission to resell those materials.

We aim to keep route descriptions useful and accurate. Photographs illustrate destinations rather than guaranteeing a particular room, vehicle or camp. Timings are estimates affected by stops, traffic, weather and access. External links lead to independently operated websites; check their current information and terms.

Enquiries, quotes and confirmation

Submitting or preparing an enquiry does not reserve a place. Availability is checked directly. The written quote should state the itinerary, dates, travellers, included and excluded services, total price, currency, compulsory charges, quote validity and responsible business. Any deposit, balance date and confirmation requirement must be disclosed before you accept.

A booking is confirmed through the agreed direct process and a written confirmation. Check it promptly and report errors. Do not assume a service, upgrade or activity is included unless it appears in the agreement. See Booking information for the full checklist.

Payment and price information

The site has no checkout and does not collect card details. Payment arrangements are provided directly for the selected services. Request clear information about accepted methods, currency conversion, any disclosed transaction costs and receipts. Changes to an accepted price must follow the agreement and applicable law, rather than an unexplained later charge.

Traveller information and suitability

Provide accurate dates and group details, and make sure you are authorised to act for other travellers in your enquiry. Tell us about access requirements relevant to the itinerary before acceptance so suitability can be discussed. Do not assume every accommodation, vehicle or outdoor activity is accessible.

Travellers are responsible for checking entry requirements, having valid documents and arranging suitable insurance for their circumstances. Entry decisions are made by the authorities. Obtain current advice from your consulate and the Moroccan National Tourist Office. Follow reasonable safety instructions and local rules during agreed activities.

Changes, cancellation and unavailable services

Ask for the applicable amendment and cancellation terms before payment. Supplier restrictions and costs differ, so there is no universal fee schedule on this website. The agreement must explain traveller cancellation, no-shows, significant operator changes, unavailable services and refund arrangements. Our Cancellation & refunds page explains the request process and what should be documented.

If a proposed change materially affects your booking, request its details and available options in writing. Weather disruption or another unexpected event does not by itself establish that every payment is non-refundable; the relevant agreement and applicable law must be considered.

Questions, service problems and complaints

If a service problem arises, use the contact supplied in your confirmation promptly so it can be assessed while you are travelling. For a written complaint, include your booking reference, dates, what happened and the resolution you seek. Provide relevant receipts or photographs, with unrelated personal information removed. Ask for acknowledgment and the expected response time.

Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights or prevents you from using a competent authority or court where entitled. There is no blanket waiver of responsibility for negligence or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The quote should identify any applicable dispute procedure; these website terms do not impose an invented exclusive jurisdiction.

Privacy and versions

Read the Privacy policy and Cookie policy to understand the enquiry process. The version date above applies to this website text. Later website edits do not silently replace the terms of an existing confirmed booking; changes to an agreement must be communicated and handled appropriately.
