A good journey starts with a clear agreement. This website helps you explore possible routes and prepare an enquiry. Reservations are arranged directly through our contact channels.

1. Tell us what you have in mind

Send your preferred dates, departure and arrival cities, group size and chosen route. Mention children’s ages, room preferences, walking pace and any practical access requirements that affect suitability. Date and notes fields are optional in the enquiry form; exact dates will be needed to check availability.

For an initial message, describe what assistance you need rather than sending medical records or identity documents. The Privacy policy explains how the form and your chosen messaging service handle information.

2. Review a personal written quote

Tour pages are planning outlines. Accommodation and vehicles are not reserved by browsing, preparing a message or receiving a general reply. Before accepting a quote, check:

  • The contracting business’s legal name, contact details and the service provider responsible for your trip.
  • Dates, route, number of nights, group size, private or shared transport, vehicle arrangement and language of guiding.
  • Pickup and drop-off addresses, estimated timing and access to vehicle-free medina accommodation.
  • Accommodation names, room and bathroom types, and the procedure for any proposed substitution.
  • Meals, drinks, guides, entrance tickets, camp access and activities included or excluded.
  • Total price and currency, applicable taxes or compulsory charges, optional extras and quote expiry.
  • Deposit and balance requirements, payment method and the event that confirms the booking.
  • Cancellation, amendment, refund and no-show conditions, including any supplier-specific restrictions.

3. Agree the terms before payment

An enquiry is not a booking. Request the final itinerary, itemised inclusions, price and applicable conditions in writing, then check the names and dates carefully. We confirm the reservation directly once the agreed confirmation requirements have been met. Keep the quote, confirmation and payment receipts together.

This website does not collect payment-card information or take online payments. Obtain payment instructions directly through the verified business contact details. If account details unexpectedly change, verify them using another established contact channel before paying.

4. Prepare for departure

Agree a meeting point, a contact method for travel-day changes and the expected arrival range. Leave a buffer before flights, trains and other fixed commitments, particularly after desert journeys. Advise us promptly if your flight or accommodation changes.

Ask about luggage capacity, child seating, walking surfaces and a vehicle alternative to a camel transfer if needed. Accessibility varies between medinas, mountain paths and camps; discuss the specific route rather than relying on a general label.

Prices, availability and changes

Prices are on request unless a tour has a specific price label. A displayed label is not live inventory or a completed booking offer. Availability and the final price are checked for your dates and services. Quote validity and any price-change conditions must be clear before acceptance.

Weather, road access and local operating conditions can affect an itinerary. The booking agreement should explain how significant changes, unavailable services and cancellation are handled. Read Cancellation & refunds and Terms & booking conditions before confirming.
