Privacy policy

Updated 6 October 2026

Your travel plans are personal. This policy explains what happens when you browse this website, prepare an enquiry and choose to send us a message. It also explains how to ask about information you have shared.

Preparing an enquiry on this website

The form builds a message on your device. It does not submit the form fields to a WordPress enquiry database or send them to our server. Check your form details, then choose Send via WhatsApp, Send via Telegram or Send via email. The chosen app opens with a draft for the business contact; you decide whether to send it there. A view/copy option is available if the app cannot open the draft.

The form asks for your name, group size, preferred journey and accommodation style. Your date and notes are optional. You can instead contact us directly without completing the form. Please do not include payment-card details, passport copies, identity numbers or detailed medical records in an initial message.

The site does not deliberately store enquiry fields in cookies or browser local storage. Copy enquiry uses your device’s clipboard when you select that button. Browser autofill, restored tabs and clipboard history are controlled by your browser or operating system; clear them yourself on a shared device.

Information received when you send a message

Once you send a message, we receive its contents and the contact information supplied by the channel you chose, such as your email address, phone number or messaging profile. We use this information to reply, check your requested dates, prepare an itinerary and discuss a quote. If you book, relevant details are also used to arrange and support the agreed services, communicate changes and handle questions or complaints.

Only share information about other travellers if you are entitled to do so, and let them read this policy. A parent or guardian should handle enquiries involving children. Ages may help plan rooms and activities; do not send children’s identity documents unless a particular confirmed service requires them and a suitable transfer method has been agreed.

Accessibility and dietary information

You may choose to describe functional requirements, such as step-free access or a meal restriction. Share only what helps us assess the service. If sensitive health information is genuinely necessary, ask first how it will be handled and agree the recipient and transfer method before sending it. Providing optional preferences is your choice, although a particular service may need further details to be arranged safely.

Why information is used

The purposes are responding to your request, preparing and fulfilling an agreed booking, maintaining required business records and protecting the website. Where an applicable privacy law requires a legal basis, these activities may involve steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations and legitimate interests in security or handling enquiries. Optional marketing or sensitive-data uses require a separate appropriate basis; sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

This website does not run automated booking decisions, behavioural advertising or traveller profiling.

Service providers and international processing

Necessary booking details may be shared with the accommodation, transport or guiding providers involved in your agreed itinerary. Ask who will receive a particular detail before providing it. Hosting and email providers may process technical records or correspondence to operate those services. Disclosure may also be required by a valid legal obligation.

WhatsApp, Telegram and email services operate separately from this website and may process information outside Morocco. Their storage locations and account controls depend on the provider and your account. Read the WhatsApp privacy policy and Telegram privacy policy before choosing a channel. Contact us if you need information about the providers or transfer arrangements for your booking.

Technical records and cookies

The web host may record IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information and request times for delivery, security and troubleshooting. The form fields are not included in an enquiry submission to this site. Fonts, images and icons are served locally. The current website has no advertising pixels, embedded social feeds, embedded maps or visitor analytics. Administrator login cookies are separate from the public enquiry form. See the Cookie policy for more detail.

How long information is needed

Unbooked correspondence is needed while an enquiry and its follow-up remain active. Confirmed booking, payment and complaint records may need to be kept for the applicable accounting, legal or dispute-handling period. Technical logs have retention settings controlled by the hosting and security services. Information should be deleted or anonymised when its purpose and any required retention period end. Ask us for the period or criteria applying to your particular record; a single fixed period would not describe all of these categories accurately.

Your choices, requests and complaints

You can ask to access or correct information you have sent, or object to its processing on legitimate grounds under Morocco’s Law 09-08. Other rights, including erasure, restriction, portability or withdrawal of consent, may apply depending on the law and the processing involved. Withdrawing consent does not undo earlier lawful processing; some booking or legally required records may still need to be retained.

Contact us with enough information to locate the conversation. We may request proportionate verification before disclosing personal information. Avoid sending an identity document unless a suitable method has been agreed. You can also raise a concern with Morocco’s CNDP, or another competent data-protection authority where applicable.

Changes to this policy

The date above identifies this version. If contact services, analytics, payment tools or other data uses change, this policy and any relevant notices must be updated to explain the new processing. A new use requiring permission will be presented separately rather than inferred from browsing.
